Andrzej M. Zieliński paints pictures of information technology hardware. Born in Kansas City and educated at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and Yale University, Zieliński’s works depict and distort in saturated hi-vis wax the device casings that conceal their often-inexplicable workings. His subject may be the machine but the material is the human imagination that built it.
